Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do with the strategy details you send us.
Version 2026-10-27. This policy is versioned by date and never edited in place; a change publishes a new version and leaves the previous one readable.
C.E. Market Solutions LLC operates CEMarketSolutions.com. This page says what we collect, why we have it, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It describes what this site actually does.
What we collect
Your account. Your name and email address, whether that email has been confirmed, and — only if you sign in with Google — the profile image URL Google supplies. If you sign in with a password, we store a cryptographic hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we never see your Google password.
Your sessions. A session token, the IP address and browser user-agent recorded when the session started, and when it expires. This is what keeps you signed in and what allows a session to be ended.
Security counters. IP addresses appear briefly in rate-limiting counters that slow repeated sign-in and submission attempts.
Your orders. Everything you enter on the intake form: the contract, the window, session hours, position rules, entry and exit rules, fills and costs, and any notes you add. On Custom and Deep Analysis that includes your strategy rules in your own words.
Messages. Anything you write to us about an order, and our replies.
Payments. Stripe processes the payment. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them. We store the amount, the currency, the tier, Stripe's identifiers for the payment, its status, a link to your receipt, and which version of the terms of sale was in force when you paid.
Which buttons you use. The "test it" buttons on the strategy library, /9am, /ce50 and the Trade Lab log what happened to the button: it was on screen, it was clicked, the builder opened from it, a checkout started, an order was paid. Each row holds the event, the button and the change it offers, the strategy page, the page address (without anything after the ?), the date and time, a random id made for the click, the payment id once there is one, and who it was: your account id if you are signed in, or the random id in the ce_aid cookie if you are not. It holds no IP address, no name or email, and nothing from your strategy. We use it to count which buttons lead to an order and which pages confuse people. It is not sent to Meta, Microsoft or anyone else. For the Trade Lab we also keep, on your account, how many charts you have saved and whether you have seen the prompt about testing one, so the prompt is not repeated.
Where an order came from. If you arrive here through an ad or a link carrying tracking parameters, we record which one - see "Advertising measurement" below.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works. When you visit this site, Meta's code in your browser and our own server may send Meta a record of certain events - a page view, viewing a plan, starting checkout, completing an order - together with your IP address, browser type, cookies Meta sets (_fbp, _fbc), a click identifier if you arrived from an ad, and, for orders, a hashed (one-way) version of your account email and the order value. We never send your name, your strategy, or anything you submit in an order. Meta uses this to report on our ads and to decide who sees them; Meta's own privacy policy governs what it does with it from there. You can limit this with an ad or content blocker, through your browser's cookie settings, or in your Meta ad preferences.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to record sessions and build heatmaps of how visitors use the marketing site, the order form and the Trade Lab replay tool - not to advertise, but to see what is confusing or broken. Clarity masks the contents of form fields and images before anything leaves your browser; in the Trade Lab it also masks your journal, trade and saved-chart panels, so what you write there is not recorded. It does not run on your account pages, your order history, the sample report, or anywhere your messages to us or your submitted strategy appear. Microsoft's own privacy policy governs what it does with what it receives.
Our ChatGPT plugin. The /mcp endpoint used by our ChatGPT plugin only logs request counts per IP for rate limiting and stores nothing personal.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
We do not put anything you submit in an order - your strategy, your notes, your messages to us - in front of an advertiser. The only things Meta ever receives about an order are described above, and none of them are your strategy.
Your strategy rules
The rules you submit are yours. We treat them as confidential. We do not disclose them to anyone outside the service providers listed below, we do not publish them, and we do not put them into anyone else's work.
Who else handles your information
Cloudflare — hosting, the database, and email forwarding for our support address.
Stripe — payments. Stripe holds card details under its own privacy policy.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, and only to confirm who you are.
Meta — advertising measurement, described above under "Advertising measurement." Meta's own privacy policy governs what it does with what it receives.
Microsoft — session recording and heatmaps (Clarity), described above under "Advertising measurement," on the pages named there. Microsoft's own privacy policy governs what it does with what it receives.
Resend — we send transactional email (verification, password reset, order and question notices) through Resend, which receives your email address and the text of those messages.
Notion — we track work on an internal board. Your order details and the email address on your account are copied there so an order can be followed through to delivery. It is not visible outside the business.
Your information does not go anywhere else.
Cookies
Your session cookie keeps you signed in; the site does not work without it.
Three more, set only if you arrive here from an ad or a link carrying tracking parameters: ce_attr (ours, 90 days) records which ad or link brought you, the page you landed on, and when - once set, it is not overwritten by a later visit, so the first ad that brought you here is the one credited. _fbp and _fbc (Meta's, 90 days) are what let Meta and our own server report the same visit as a match rather than two unrelated ones. None of the three follow you to other sites; they exist to measure whether an ad that pointed here produced an order.
Two more, set by Microsoft Clarity on the pages it runs on: _clck (up to a year) recognizes a repeat visit so its recordings can be grouped by visitor; _clsk (a day) groups your page views into one recorded session. Neither carries anything you typed into a form.
Two more of ours, set only when you view or click one of the "test it" buttons described above: ce_aid (a year) is a random id that tells us a visitor is the same one coming back, without saying who they are; ce_fn (7 days) remembers which button opened the builder, so a checkout started within the week can be matched to it. Neither holds your name, email or anything you typed, and neither goes to another site.
How long we keep things
The button rows described under "Which buttons you use" are deleted after 13 months, and the rows tied to your account are deleted with it when you ask us to, as below.
Your orders and reports stay in your portal so you can return to them. We keep them until you ask us not to.
Write to our support address and we will delete your account, your orders, your intake and your messages within 30 days. Two exceptions: records of payments, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and anything we are legally required to hold on to.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you. A correction to anything that is wrong. Deletion, as above. Your sessions ended — sessions are stored on our side, so signing out genuinely ends them rather than only clearing your browser.
Write to our support address. We handle these requests the same way wherever you are.
Children
This service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
This policy is versioned by date and is never edited in place. When it changes we publish a new version and leave the previous one readable. The version in force is shown at the top of this page.
